Similar to the speaker from TII, Mr. Erry Riyana Hardjapamekas from Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK)/Corruption Eradication Commission explained about KPK in brief. Details about what KPK does, the job responsibilities, strategies, working plan for the current year, and achievements that have been made so far. The session continues with another guest speaker; Mr. Teten Masduki from Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW). He described a topic about “Strategy to Eradict Corruption”. On the second day, there was a workshop where participants can address what can be done in handling corruption, either personally or institutionally. At the end of the seminar, all ideas were summarized into a proposed plan.

This seminar was a very attractive one because anti corruption is everybody’s interest. There were several participants who asked CDAAI if there will be another chance to hold a seminar with the same topic in other part of Indonesia. Well, we’ll see.
